1. Objectifs du cours

Master the fundamental concepts of Incoterms and develop the skills required to identify the respective responsibilities of the seller and the buyer.

2. Description du cours

At the end of this course, students are able to understand the fundamental principles of Incoterms (logic, structure, categories), identify the respective obligations of the seller and the buyer as well as the transfer points of risks and costs, and apply an appropriate Incoterm in the context of import and/or export operations.
